Registration

Registration is binding on payment of the attendance fee. By registering for the event, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. The number of participants is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Submitters of an abstract will be prioritized over participants with no submission.

Changes to the programme and event cancellation

The programme and speakers are subject to change. The attendance fee will not be reimbursed in the event of any such change.
If a minimum number of persons registering is not reached, the ZHAW reserves the right to cancel the event. In this case, all registered persons will be informed as soon as possible, and the attendance fee reimbursed. All further claims are excluded.

Payment conditions and attendance cancellation

he attendance fee is to be paid by credit card upon registration. The attendance fee will be reimbursed if participants cancel their attendance by 7 May 2023. The attendance fee will not be reimbursed if participants cancel their attendance after 7 May 2023 or fail to attend the conference.
However, another person may attend in their stead at no extra cost. Cancellations must be made by e-mail.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies in the case of any litigation regarding a ZHAW event. The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur.
